Shirijung Hang Rai has over 10 years of professional experience in education, school management, strategic leadership, not-for-profit leadership, fundraising, youths, and the employment sector. He has led a year-long youth employment campaign in collaboration with the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Services, under the Prime Minister Employment Program (PMEP), while presenting a policy brief under the name ‘Dignity of Labor’.

He is currently engaged in Skill Lab in the capacity of Manager – Innovations and Strategy, an initiative working on skilling youths for jobs in collaboration with corporations and fostering an entrepreneurship ecosystem to create self-employment.
